TicketFlow - Install Guide

Roles:

ServiceNow Administrator with “admin” and “security_admin” role to install.

⛔️ Plugin installation is required before proceeding with installation guide.

Request the Plugin from the ServiceNow App Store

Section titled “Request the Plugin from the ServiceNow App Store”

In order to install the application, you must first request the application from the ServiceNow store.

Activate a Plugin

1. Navigate to the ServiceNow Store:

Search for the application named, “TicketFlow”. You must click “Request App” to purchase app. Alternatively, you can request a trial by click the “Try Now” option.
